Structure Of the Roman Republic
There are 8 levels in the Roman republic, which include(from highest to lowest) : Consoles/Senates,Praetors, Aediles, Quaestors, Tribunes, Ordinary People, Slaves.
Senate:Gave advice to consoles about money and affairs.
Consols: Managed army's and affairs of government.
Praetors: Judges who administrated Roman law.
Aediles:Looked after particular matters of government matters of government such as public buildings, food supplies and games.
Quaestors: Managed financial and administrative matters.
Tribunes: Representatives of the plebeians.
Ordinary people:Townsfolk, farmers, soldiers.
Slaves: No rights, regarded as possessions, worked on farms,in mines as gladiators and as prostitutes.
